Air conditioning was not fully operated. Especially night time was difficult to sleep.

Superb!
Like:
The support from Erkan was superb. Our trip was originally scheduled for 2020, but Erkan facilitated a roll over to 2021 and again to 2022 due to the Covid travel restrictions from South Africa. Erkan is fantastic as the go-between and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. The Love Boat was exactly as pictured and the staff were fantastic. We had one or two translation issues / misunderstandings, but they were very helpful, polite and friendly the entire time. The food was superb! The Captain was also very accommodating with the air-conditioning, leaving it on for us most of the time.
Dislike:
Having a couple of industrial size ice machines would be great and making sure that the drinks fridges are re-filled every morning, so that we do not have to do it ourselves. Ensuring that we had enough ice bought from land every day was also a pain - we did run out of ice on one occasion.

Very pleasant and relaxing cruise.
Crew was professional and customer oriented, matching guest needs and tastes.
Sail navigation is a plus of Grandi compared to other gulets.
Agency is very efficient helping to choose best quality/price solution.

Like:
The Harun was the perfect yacht for our family vacation. The boat is very comfortable with two jacuzzis and a great platform for swimming. The crew was always very attentive and friendly, going an extra mile preparing drinks such as sangria, margaritas to keep the fun! The food was delicious and the chef was always available for any request. The Captain showed he was very knowledgeable and took us to secluded places as we wanted. In short, we highly recommend the Harun and we look forward to return.
