What broker support do I get whilst on charter?

A yacht charter does not mean you are sent off with a group of the unfamiliar crew without any broker support. We do our utmost to ensure that your yacht charter runs smoothly. Your captain and crew will be on-hand both day and night to look after you while you're on board. But if you have any questions or additional requirements, your broker will be available by both email and telephone for total peace of mind.

While on a charter you have phone access to support whenever you need it. Your documentation will have the phone number of the operation manager, and also our own emergency number for you to call.
